环境方针

We observe our basic management policy of “recognition of preservation of the earth environment as the most important task which all people share in common” and promote environment preservation activities through all our business activities.
１． We make fare evaluation of influence to environment that our manufacturing activities of semiconductor products give and continue to protect the environment from contamination and reduce impact on the environment within our technical and financial capability.
２． We observe relevant laws to the environment and other requirements and carry out thorough control of chemicals contained in the products and continue our efforts of preservation and improvement of the environment.
３． We strive to cope with following tasks as important challenges.
１）We strive for energy saving to prevent global warming.(Co2 reduction)
２）We strive for designing, development, and marketing of products and manufacturing processes in favor of environment.
３）We strive for effective use of resources.
４． We establish environment management system, make periodical review of the system and promote awareness・improve ability of all employees so that they understand our environment policy and carry out continuously environment preservation activities.

健康和安全方针

1. We will comply with legal and other requirements for occupational health and safety, and further improve our health and safety. We will strive to manage our operations.
2. We will eliminate hazards in the workplace and minimize occupational health/safety risks.
3. We are deeply aware of the importance of mental health. We provide employees with counseling and support to help them maintain their mental and physical health. We will strive to improve the system and working environment.
4. We will communicate with our employees and those who work on the premises, ensuring that all employees participate in the occupational health and safety activities.
5. We will work on the following items as important issues Reduction of occupational accidents caused by chemical substances Risk assessment activities
6. We will invest appropriate management resources to continuously improve our occupational health and safety management system.

产品的环境物质与测试

Phenitec满足以下关于我们产品所含化学物质的法规要求。
■符合RoHS指令。
敝司管理系统采用以ISO 14001和JAMP的产品所含化学物质的管理指南为基础。
■敝司产品不含REACH法规限用的任何SVHC物质（高关注物质）。
敝司产品构成材料是高纯度金属，在正常使用条件下不含任何会释放到环境中的物质，因此不属于REACH法规的管理和限制对象。
■敝司产品不含PFOS。
■敝司产品不属于“卤素调查范畴”，本身也不含卤素。
不含卤素成分的依据：根据JAMP的产品化学物质管理指南，敝司针对不同产品类别的生产线进行了RoHS10种物质（Cd、Hg、CR6+、PBB、PBDE、DEHP、BBP、DBP、DIBP）和卤素4种物质（F、Cl、Br、I）的测试，从而验证了敝司该系统管控的有效性。

为了实现敝司的经营基本方针，首先每个为公司工作的员工要拥有健康身体；没有我们每个人的良好健康，就无从谈起和实现公司的健康，以及无法追求 "客户满意至上 "和"员工生活改善 "的公司理念。
我们将员工及员工家属的身心健康视为公司发展的重要经营资源，敝司积极支持那些能维持和促进健康的活动，从而实现积极促进员工的健康发展，我们的企业理念和目标是成为一个拥有丰富发展方向和良好社会生活的优良企业，从而让我们的员工能够健康向上，并为舒适健康的社会生活和经济发展做出更多贡献。

本公司的健康管经营活动

① 在设立相关制度以外，我们还采取了以下举措来维护和提高员工健康。
・场内全面禁烟
・鼓励员工接种流感疫苗并给予补助
・鼓励员工接受定期的健康精密检查并给予补助
・导入以1小时为单位的员工带薪休假制度
②员工健康状况指标
・定期健康检查的实际接受比率：99.0％（2021年度）
・员工压力程度测试表的答辩率：85.0％（2021年度）
・通过以上指标以及存在健康问题的员工人数，管控工作时间超长的员工情况并进行访谈管理。
③敝司的积极努力得到了日本国家经贸工业部(METI)的认可和鼓励，认定我们为“2023健康管理杰出企业（大规模法人部门）”。
