The 5 and 6-inch manufacturing lines operated by Phenitec are the backbone of our integrated wafer foundry business, covering from epitaxial growth, wafer processing and to testing in Japan.
The "original foundry product" designed and developed by Phenitec is the culmination of the technical capabilities we have nurtured by dedicating ourselves to the foundry business for various business partners from manufacturers to fabless chip companies since our founding.
Our products can be shipped as wafers (5-inch, 6-inch) or chips. Please contact our sales staff for pricing and specifications changes (customization).
