Starting from the 57th term, PhenitecSemiconductor has refreshed our traditional vision of “Aiming for a nimble Phenitec, striving to provide better satisfaction to our customers and improve the lives of our employees.”
　We established the renewed vision with the hope of being a partner that has a mutual trust relationship with each of the stakeholders, such as not only customers or employees, but also suppliers or local society, in order to be the cooperation that can adapt to the changing era.

　"New vision shows the state where Phenitec sustainably grows together with all members of stakeholders as a result of trust relationship.
As a first step to realize the new vision, we believe it is important not only to know and understand the opponent, but also to have them know and understand Phenitec.
To begin with, we would like to achieve internal and external communication through business activities by having each employee understand the new vision and work on the job. With the new vision as our foundation, we will strive for the further growth together with the various people involved in Phenitec."
